Your dog flies
with you.
On a private jet your dog can travel in the cabin, whatever its size, if the operator agrees. The paperwork is the same as on any flight into Spain.
What every dog needs
- A microchip, implanted before the rabies vaccine.
- A rabies vaccination given at 12 weeks or older. After the first vaccination, wait at least 21 days before travelling; keep boosters up to date.
- Within the EU: a European pet passport. From outside the EU: an EU animal health certificate issued by an official vet within 10 days of arrival.
- Up to five pets per traveller.
Arriving in Madrid from outside the EU
Pets from third countries must enter through a designated travellers’ point of entry. At Madrid-Barajas, Spain’s list names the animal border post at the Air Cargo Centre (Centro de Carga Aérea), not the executive terminal. Your handler coordinates the check so the dog travels on with you.
Onward to Ireland, Malta, Finland or Norway
Dogs need a tapeworm treatment 1 to 5 days before arriving in Finland, Ireland, Malta, Norway or Northern Ireland.
Tell us when you ask for a quote
Each operator sets its own pet policy. Mention the dog, its weight and its documents in your request so we only propose aircraft that accept it.

Your flight
A real quote,
in writing.
Tell us the route, dates and passengers. We send options with aircraft, operator and total price confirmed, and watch your route for empty legs. On the ground, your car waits at the aircraft and your hotel or home is ready.
